The model 22B is an extra powerful long handled wire cutter expertly crafted from exceptional SK steel. Not the most exciting tool in the box but definitely in any bonsai artists top five go to tools. A beautifully finished tool with long curved and shaped handles that make them both powerful and very comfortable in the hand. With care these lovely cutters will last a lifetime. Used for cutting wire, obviously. When removing wire from bonsai trees care has to be taken in order to prevent damage to the bark. Poor quality or worn wire cutters make this difficult and can be a liability. A good wire cutter looks like a simple tool but it's very hard to make though Kaneshin show everyone else just how it's done!
