'Horstmann's Silberlocke' may reach 8 ft in 10 years. 'Horstmann's Silberlocke' was found by Günther Horstmann of Schneverdingen, Germany, and introduced in the late 1970's. Sometimes this selection is known simply under the name 'Silberlocke' which translates as 'silver locks of hair'.
